These Terms govern your access to and use of the SocialCore service. By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.
SocialCore is a managed, autonomous social-media content generation and publishing service. We generate text and visuals in your defined brand voice and publish to social platforms you connect. Features, plans and limits are described on our website and in your order.
You are responsible for the accuracy of onboarding information, for authorising the connection of your own social accounts, and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you control. You must have the right to connect and publish to each channel you link.
Depending on your plan and settings, content may be published automatically on a schedule or held for your approval. Fully-autonomous publishing is opt-in and configurable; you may set approval requirements and use the kill-switch at any time. You remain responsible for the content published from your channels.
You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or platform-prohibited content, or to violate any third party's rights. We may suspend the service for breaches that create legal or reputational risk. A fuller Acceptable Use Policy may supplement these Terms.
Plans are priced per managed brand as shown at purchase. Fees are billed in advance for the applicable period and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated. AI-usage beyond included limits may be metered. Prices may be localised by region.
SocialCore and its underlying software, models integration, and brand are owned by us. Except for the rights expressly granted, no licence is implied.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these Terms.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific business results. AI-generated content may contain errors — your approval and oversight are part of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You will indemnify SocialCore against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Either party may terminate as set out in your order or for material breach. On termination, your access ends and data is handled per the Privacy Policy/DPA. Fees accrued remain payable.
The governing law and venue will be specified in your order form according to the contracting SocialCore entity and your region (UAE, UK or Türkiye). [To be finalised by counsel.]
